We are looking for an **experienced Workshop Manager** with strong knowledge of **PPF, car detailing, and workshop operations**.
### Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily workshop operations and technicians
* Handle **PPF installation, detailing, ceramic coating and related services**
* Prepare and manage **job cards** from vehicle check-in to completion
* Inspect vehicles before and after work
* Monitor job quality, timelines and customer requirements
* Coordinate with technicians and ensure proper workflow
* Manage vehicle handover and **final delivery to customers**
* Maintain workshop cleanliness, tools and materials
* Handle customer requirements and resolve workshop-related issues
### Requirements
* Proven experience in PPF & Automotive Detailing
* Strong workshop management experience
* Experience in **job card preparation, quality control and vehicle delivery
* Good knowledge of automotive products and detailing processes
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple vehicles and jobs efficiently
