Experienced and dedicated Safety Officer / HSE Officer with strong knowledge of HSE management, risk assessment, PTW, JSA/JHA, HIRA, toolbox talks, site inspections, PPE, work at height, confined space, lifting operations, hot work, excavation, scaffolding, fire safety, and emergency procedures.
✅ Conducting daily site safety inspections
✅ Identifying hazards and implementing control measures
✅ Preparing HSE reports and inspection checklists
✅ Conducting toolbox talks and safety training
✅ Monitoring workers' compliance with PPE and safety procedures
✅ Supporting incident/accident investigations
✅ Ensuring compliance with project HSE requirements and client standards
