Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the Oman construction market
- Experience in estimation, tendering, and pricing
- Relevant experience in Road, Pipeline, and Dam projects
- Good understanding of BOQ, cost estimation, and project coordination
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Must have a valid own Omani visa
- Immediate availability preferred
