Open Positions:
1. Electrical Engineer – Facilities Management
Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, valid SCE membership, 3–5 years FM engineering experience (7+ for Lead Engineer). Experience with MV switchgear, RMUs, MV/LV substations, generators, ATS/AMF, UPS, LV systems, and CAFM/CMMS (e.g., IBM Maximo). Knowledge of SBC, NFPA & SFG20.
2. Mechanical Engineer – Facilities Management
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, valid SCE membership, 3–5 years FM engineering experience (7+ for Lead Engineer). Experience with plumbing, drainage & water supply systems, firefighting systems & fire pumps, pumps & water treatment, HVAC systems, chillers & DX units. Knowledge of SBC, NFPA & SFG20.
3. HVAC Engineer – Facilities Management
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, valid SCE membership, 3–5 years FM engineering experience (7+ for Lead Engineer). Experience with HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs & DX units, strong troubleshooting & PM skills. Knowledge of SBC, ASHRAE & SMACNA.
4. Civil Engineer – Facilities Management
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, valid SCE membership, 3–5 years FM engineering experience (7+ for Lead Engineer). Experience in building maintenance, structure & finishing works, knowledge of building codes, NDT & material testing. Knowledge of SBC & ACI.
5. Communication & Electronics (ELV) Engineer – Facilities Management
Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, valid SCE membership, 3–5 years FM engineering experience (7+ for Lead Engineer). Experience with ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, PA, Intercom, etc.), knowledge of networking & integration, SBC & BICSI standards.
6. Landscape Engineer – Facilities Management
Bachelor's in Agriculture or Landscape Engineering, valid SCE membership, 3–5 years FM engineering experience (7+ for Lead Engineer). Landscape maintenance & irrigation systems, knowledge of plant health & soil management, SBC & environmental standards.
7. Assistant Project Manager – Facilities Management / MEP
Bachelor's in Engineering, 3–5 years in project coordination (7+ for Senior level). Experience in FM or MEP projects, planning, coordination & documentation skills. Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, MS Office, contracts & procurement processes.
