Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Electrical Foreman to join our experienced Team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) electrical installation works, with the ability to supervise electrical teams and ensure safe, quality, and timely completion of site activities.
The candidate should be experienced in electrical construction, cable installation and termination, MV equipment, transformers, switchgear, RMUs, earthing, testing, and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate LV and MV electrical installation works.
• Lead electricians and technicians and manage daily site activities.
• Supervise installation of MDBs, SMDBs, DBs, MCCs, transformers, MV switchgear, RMUs, cables, and electrical equipment.
• Manage LV/MV cable pulling, dressing, glanding, termination, and identification.
• Supervise earthing, bonding, cable tray, cable ladder, and containment works.
• Assist with electrical testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
• Read and understand electrical drawings, SLDs, cable schedules, and specifications.
• Coordinate with Electrical Engineers, QA/QC, HSE, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, safety requirements, and project schedules.
Requirements
• Diploma / ITI / Technical Certificate in Electrical field or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant electrical construction experience.
• Strong practical experience in both LV and MV electrical systems.
• Experience with MV switchgear, RMUs, transformers, MV/LV cables, cable termination, earthing, and testing.
• Good knowledge of electrical construction and safety practices.
• Previous Saudi Arabia/GCC contracting experience is highly preferred.
• Good leadership, communication, and manpower management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
