Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to hotel standards.
Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities.
Ensure rooms are properly arranged and ready for guests.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
Follow hotel cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
Respond politely to guest requests and provide good customer service.
Assist the housekeeping team with daily cleaning duties as required.
Requirements:
Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.
Flexible to work shifts
