* Strong experience in villa electrical works
* Must be able to read and understand electrical shop drawings
* Experience in wiring, conduits, DBs, lighting, sockets, etc.

* Strong experience in PPR pipe installation
* Pipe cutting, welding, fitting and pressure testing
* Villa plumbing experience preferred
🔹 3. HVAC CHILLER TECHNICIAN – Quantity: 02
For Operation and Maintenance Projects
* Strong experience with Trane RTAC chillers
* Computer programming / controller operation
* Troubleshooting and diagnostics
* Preventive & corrective maintenance
* Chiller commissioning experience preferred
