1. Kitchen Helpers
• The Role: Assist our chefs with daily food preparation and kitchen organization.
• Responsibilities: Peeling and chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, organizing stock, and ensuring the prep stations are always ready for service.
2. Stewards (Dishwashers)
• The Role: Maintain the flow of clean plates, pots, and utensils to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Responsibilities: Operating dishwashing equipment, scrubbing large pots and pans by hand, safely handling delicate glassware, and keeping the dish pit clean and hazard-free.
3. Cleaners
• The Role: Keep our dining room, restrooms, and back-of-house areas spotless and welcoming.
• Responsibilities: Sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, emptying trash bins, and ensuring all areas meet our high hygiene standards throughout the day.
📋 What We Are Looking For
• Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is preferred but not strictly required.
• Work Ethic: High energy, physical stamina, and the ability to stand and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork: A positive attitude and willingness to help out wherever needed.
• Availability: Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Location: Candidates currently based in Bahrain with a transferable visa will be given priority.
