We are looking for an experienced, professional, and results-driven Restaurant Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and service standards
- Control food cost, labor cost, wastage, and other operational expenses
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and stock control
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor employee performance
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company standards
- Prepare daily and monthly sales and operational reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food cost, and inventory control
- Excellent leadership and team-management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with POS systems and restaurant reporting is preferred
Valid transferable Iqama preferred
