About the Role
Genius Uniforms is seeking a high-caliber, dynamic leader to take sole responsibility for our entire business operation. This is not a traditional desk job. You will operate with the authority and scope of a General Manager, directly driving growth and overseeing end-to-end execution from our factory floor to the client's doorstep.If you are a self-driven leader who thrives on complete ownership and accountability, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and track the performance of the entire Sales Executive team.
Full Operations Ownership: Take 100% accountability for the daily operations and business outcomes of Genius Uniforms.
Supply Chain & Delivery: Oversee the logistics and successful delivery of all manufactured materials and finished uniforms.
Factory Coordination: Ensure seamless alignment between factory production schedules and sales commitments.
Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our B2B client portfolio.
Strong background in managing sales teams and logistics/delivery operations.
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and treat the business with an owner's mindset.
Experience in the garment, textile, or uniform manufacturing industry is a major plus.
Salary:4500SR+Business performance incentive
Probation period:6 months
