We are seeking competitive proposals from licensed Tier-1 & Tier-2 Electromechanical (MEP) Contractors specializing in industrial cold storage and logistics infrastructure.
## 📋 Scope of Work:
* Mechanical: Industrial refrigeration systems (Chillers/Condensers), precise thermal controls, and heavy-duty ventilation.
* Electrical: Medium/Low-voltage distribution, standby backup power/ATS setup, and integrated BMS monitoring.
* Plumbing & Safety: Multi-temperature zone drainage and industrial fire protection systems.
## 🛠️ Contractor Requirements:
* Valid Commercial Registration (CR) for electro-mechanical/MEP works.
* Proven track record with large-scale cold stores, logistics hubs, or distribution centers.
* Capability to integrate structural sandwich panels with mechanical cooling layouts.
