Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and facilities management, with good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
Experience in supervising technicians and maintenance workers, assigning tasks, troubleshooting faults, preventive maintenance, and coordinating with contractors and service providers.
Technical diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field is preferred.
Good Arabic communication skills; English is preferred.
