My experience includes the supervision and execution of HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing systems in accordance with approved IFC/shop drawings, project specifications, method statements, and applicable KSA/SBC, NFPA, ASHRAE, and SMACNA standards. I am experienced in MEP coordination, clash detection and resolution, technical submittals, material approvals, RFIs/TQs, MIRs, inspections, testing, adjusting, balancing, and commissioning activities.
I have worked closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, consultants, QA/QC teams, HSE personnel, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with required quality, schedule, and technical standards. I also have extensive experience in site investigations, condition assessments, installation verification, and resolving technical and coordination challenges during project execution.
