On the network side, I troubleshot issues such as users unable to access the internet, intermittent connectivity, high latency, packet loss, DNS and DHCP issues, VLAN and trunking problems, routing issues, and switch port connectivity problems. I used tools and commands such as ping, traceroute, nslookup, ipconfig, show interface, show VLAN, and show IP route to identify the root cause.
On the network security side, I troubleshot firewall policy issues, NAT problems, VPN connectivity issues, blocked traffic, incorrect security zones, and routing between different network segments. On Palo Alto firewalls, I checked security policies, traffic logs, session information, NAT rules, routing, and packet flow to identify why traffic was being allowed or denied.
