A Reputed 4-star hotel is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Female Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and maintain our high standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and luxury service.
Key Responsibilities:-
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and linen rooms daily to ensure 4-star standards are consistently met.
Supervise, train, and support room attendants and housekeeping staff.
Coordinate room status updates with the Front Office team to manage check-in/check-out flows efficiently.
Monitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens; assist with reordering as needed.
Handle guest requests, inquiries, and special requests promptly and professionally.
Requirements:-
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of housekeeping experience in a 4-star hotel, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
