The ideal candidate will have strong financial management experience, preferably within a manufacturing or factory environment, with the ability to provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all financial operations of the factory.
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
Analyze financial performance and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
Evaluate investment opportunities, capital expenditures, and business feasibility studies.
Monitor costs, profitability, expenses, and financial risks.
Ensure compliance with applicable financial, accounting, and tax regulations.
Develop financial controls and procedures to improve efficiency and minimize financial risks.
Support management in strategic decision-making through financial analysis and business insights.
Monitor market and economic changes and assess their potential financial impact on the business.
Lead and develop the finance team and ensure effective financial reporting and controls.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Master’s degree / MBA is preferred.
Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in finance and financial management.
Proven experience in factory, manufacturing, or industrial financial management is required.
Saudi national / Arabic citizen preferred as per company requirement.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, CMA, or CFM is highly preferred.
