We are looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in designing and executing event decorations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and create floral arrangements (fresh and artificial) for various events.
Set up stages, wedding backdrops, reception tables, and entrance decor.
Handle on-site event decoration setups (arches, photo booths, mood lighting, etc.).
Maintain flower care/quality standards and ensure timely delivery and installation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in floral design and event decoration.
Strong artistic sense and familiarity with modern decor trends.
Ability to work on-site and manage high-pressure event timelines.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
