Production Manager

We need an expert Production Manager to run our electroplating and surface finishing operations. You will oversee daily plant activities, manage the technical team, and ensure high-quality output while keeping safety and environmental rules.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all manufacturing and electroplating processes.
Supervise chemical baths, plating lines, and quality control.
Meet daily production targets and reduce waste.
Train local staff and enforce strict safety standards.
Maintain machinery and solve technical problems quickly.

Requirements & Qualifications
Degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on electroplating plant experience.
Strong knowledge of chemistry and metal finishing.
Proven history of managing multicultural teams abroad.
