Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate automatic and manual electroplating lines.
Mix, test, and maintain chemical baths (pH levels, temperature, concentration).
Prepare metal surfaces through cleaning, degreasing, and acid etching.
Inspect finished products for defects like burns, blisters, or uneven coating.
Follow strict safety protocols for handling hazardous chemicals.
Requirements & Qualifications
3 to 5 years of practical experience working in an electroplating plant.
Deep knowledge of plating types (e.g., zinc, nickel, chrome, copper, or brass).
Ability to read technical blueprints and use micrometers/gauges.
