We are looking for an experienced Joinery Production Supervisor to manage and supervise daily production in our carpentry workshop in Bahrain.
Requirements:
* Strong experience in furniture & joinery production
* Experience in Wardrobes, Bedrooms, Doors & Custom Furniture
* Ability to manage carpenters, painters and helpers
* Plan and distribute daily production tasks
* Read and understand Shop Drawings
* Monitor quality, materials and production progress
* Reduce material waste and rework
* Coordinate between Design, Production & Installation teams
* Ensure projects are completed on time
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
