Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of practical experience in Facilities & Maintenance.
* Strong hands-on experience in Electrical, Plumbing, and General Maintenance.
* Proven experience supervising technicians and maintenance workers, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.
* Ability to troubleshoot technical faults and follow up on corrective and preventive maintenance.
* Experience in operating and maintaining building facilities, systems, and equipment.
* Ability to coordinate with maintenance contractors and service providers.
* Strong organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to maintenance emergencies.
* Technical Diploma or relevant qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field is preferred.
* Good Arabic communication skills; English is preferred.
