1- Minimum qualification is a Bachelor Degree in relevant Engineering. Saudi Council of Engineers Membership is highly preferable.
2- Exposure and knowledge on Saudi Standards and Specifications and International standards / best practices must be demonstrated.
3- Minimum experience of 15 to 20 years, of which 5 years in Middle East in carrying out Quality Inspection functions in Power Generation and Transmission & Distribution networks up to 380kV. Preferrable Experience with SE, GCC utilities, or equivalent operators in QA/QC inspections.
4- Have proven experience in developing, implementing, and reviewing quality inspection procedures and quality-related documentation for different phases of asset life cycle (design review, FAT, SAT, installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and decommissioning).
5- Fully qualified and experienced in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control Inspection as a foundational competency. This includes demonstrated capability in inspection methodologies, quality verification processes, quality Audit, compliance evaluation, Gap analysis and adherence to regulatory and industry standards.
6- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and ISO 55001 Asset Management.
7- Must be able to communicate in English language, both written and spoken in a professional level.
8- Proficiency in Arabic language is an advantage, but not a must.
