Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our team and manage sales activities for food products across the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG sales, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies for the assigned territory.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
• Follow up on sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Ensure effective market coverage and product availability.
• Coach, motivate, and evaluate sales representatives.
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
Requirements
• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in sales supervision, preferably in the Food / FMCG sector.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Eastern Province market.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
• Candidates must be currently residing and working in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. This is a mandatory requirement.
Employment Conditions for Non-Saudi Candidates
• The successful candidate will be hired subject to a three-month probation period.
• Transfer of sponsorship (Iqama sponsorship) will be completed after successfully passing the three-month probation period, in accordance with applicable Saudi regulations.
