SCOPE OF WORK:
Civil Construction, Electrical & Mechanical Works, CCTV Surveillance, Security Systems & ELV Systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete ownership of project lifecycle - from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring to final handover.
Manage, lead and monitor reporting staff; assign tasks, track progress, and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and progress reports.
Direct interface with Clients, Consultants, and Vendors for approvals, technical submissions, and progress meetings.
Ensure strict compliance with Quality, HSE, and project specifications.
Ensure timely delivery of all projects as per contractual requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Mandatory Certification: Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) Certified.
Experience: 10-15 Years of proven experience in Saudi Arabia & GCC in similar role managing Civil + MEP projects.
Expertise Required:
In-depth knowledge of ARAMCO, SABIC & SEC standards, procedures, and approval systems.
Preferred: PMP Certification.
Technical Competency: Expert in Civil Construction, Electrical, Mechanical, CCTV, Security Systems, Project Planning & Cost Control.
Leadership: Strong leadership, reporting, and client management skills with ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced setup.
Availability: Must be in KSA, Available Immediately on Transferable Iqama - Preference for candidates in Jubail / Dammam.
