Civil QC Inspector with more than 5 years of experience in hospitality, building, industrial, and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. Experienced in inspecting earthworks, excavation, backfilling, compaction, reinforcement, formwork, concrete, masonry, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, screed, tiling, painting, and architectural finishing works. Skilled in reviewing approved drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, material approvals, and quality checklists. Experienced in preparing and managing WIRs, MIRs, MARs, RFIs, NCRs, inspection logs, material records, test reports, punch lists, and handover documents. Capable of witnessing slump tests, concrete temperature checks, cube sampling, FDT and compaction tests. Effective in coordinating inspections and corrective actions with consultants, contractors, laboratories, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, has a transferable Iqama, and is available to join immediately anywhere in Saudi Arabia.
