KEY CONTRIBUTIONS & DUTIES
ï‚· Conduct comprehensive testing and quality monitoring to ensure strict compliance with applicable
specifications, customer standards, and approved QA/QC Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
ï‚· Prepare, log, and maintain all necessary administrative documentation related to production metrics and
quality control tracking.
ï‚· Inspect incoming raw painting materials and abrasives against purchase order requirements, verification sheets,

ï‚· Verify and manage the calibration states of all core electronic and mechanical inspection instruments.
ï‚· Identify, draft, and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for non-compliant coating behaviors, collaborating
with the Project QC Manager for corrective/preventive implementations.
ï‚· Oversee loading, offloading, and structural transportation environments to guarantee zero risk of asset
deformation or finish scratch-points.
