i am offering 1 room in a 2 BHK flat only for 1 person i have all the equipments which are used in daily basis. would like to clarify that this is a family building so visits of bachelors will not be considered.
Note - rent paying tenure is every 3 months. i will be taking extra 500 as a deposit money because of all the electronic and daily using items in terms of any damage and will be returned back when person wants to leave.
