Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and update the Baseline Schedule using Primavera P6.
Prepare detailed schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, and handover.
Monitor progress against the approved baseline and identify delays and critical activities.
Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, S-curves, manpower histograms, and look-ahead schedules.
Perform critical path and schedule analysis.
Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, commercial, and subcontractor teams.
Prepare recovery and mitigation schedules when required.
Requirements
Engineering Degree – Civil / Mechanical / Electrical.
Expert knowledge of Primavera P6.
Strong expertise in Baseline Schedule preparation and management.
Mandatory High-Rise Tower + 5-Star Hotel experience.
Strong knowledge of CPM, WBS, progress measurement, and schedule control.
🔹 QA/QC MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall QA/QC function for the project.
Develop and implement project Quality Management Plans, ITPs, procedures, and inspection processes.
Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and quality requirements.
Manage inspections, NCRs, corrective actions, material approvals, and quality documentation.
Coordinate with the Consultant, Client, subcontractors, and site teams.
Monitor quality performance and implement continuous improvement measures.
Lead quality audits, inspections, and project handover documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
Extensive QA/QC management experience in large-scale construction.
Mandatory High-Rise 5-Star Hotel / Hospitality Construction experience.
Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and inspection procedures.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
🔹 PROJECT DIRECTOR
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and direction for the project from construction through completion and handover.
Manage project execution, cost, schedule, quality, safety, and commercial performance.
Lead and coordinate construction, engineering, procurement, planning, QA/QC, commercial, and MEP teams.
Maintain effective communication with the Client, Consultant, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
Review major technical, commercial, contractual, and construction issues.
Ensure project delivery meets contractual requirements, quality standards, and client expectations.
Lead project completion, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Extensive senior management experience on large-scale high-rise construction projects.
Mandatory 5-Star Hotel / Luxury Hospitality experience.
Proven experience managing complex, fast-track projects.
Strong leadership, commercial awareness, technical understanding, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects successfully.
🔹 MEP QC MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all MEP Quality Control activities across the project.
Ensure HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
Review and monitor ITPs, method statements, material approvals, shop drawings, and inspection requests.
Coordinate MEP inspections with Consultants and Client representatives.
Monitor installation quality and identify non-conformities at an early stage.
Manage NCRs, corrective actions, testing & commissioning, and quality documentation.
Coordinate closely with MEP Construction, Engineering, QA/QC, and subcontractor teams.
Ensure proper quality records are maintained for project handover.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Strong experience in MEP QA/QC management.
Mandatory High-Rise 5-Star Hotel Construction experience.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and ELV systems.
Experience with inspections, testing & commissioning, NCR management, and project handover.
Strong leadership and coordination skills.
