Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and civil works at renovation/upgradation sites
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site engineers to ensure work progresses as per drawings and schedule
Inspect ongoing work for quality control and compliance with safety standards
Identify and resolve site issues related to civil, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC works
Maintain daily progress reports, material tracking, and manpower logs
Liaise with clients/consultants during site visits and inspections
Ensure minimal disruption to existing operations during renovation activities
Requirements:
Diploma/ITI in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or related field)
Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP civil supervision, preferably in renovation/upgradation projects
Strong knowledge of civil, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
Good communication and team coordination skills
Physically fit and willing to work on-site
