Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media & Marketing Executive to manage our company's digital presence and support marketing activities.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, photography, videography, video editing, and digital marketing. The candidate should be able to create engaging content that promotes our events, exhibitions, production services, projects, and company brand.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Create creative posts, stories, reels, videos, and promotional content.
Take photographs and videos of events, exhibitions, projects, installations, and company activities.
Edit videos and create promotional videos, reels, and other marketing materials.
Create advertisements, promotional designs, banners, and digital marketing materials.
Support the company's overall marketing and advertising activities.
Develop creative ideas and campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Maintain a consistent and professional brand image across all digital platforms.
Assist in planning content calendars and scheduling social media posts.
Monitor social media engagement, reach, and campaign performance.
Stay updated with current social media trends, content formats, and digital marketing practices.
Coordinate with the Sales and Production teams to obtain suitable content from ongoing projects.
Assist with website content updates and maintain basic website information.
Support the company during exhibitions, events, and promotional activities by creating real-time social media content.
Website Knowledge
Basic knowledge of website management and content updates.
Ability to upload and update images, videos, text, and basic website content.
Basic understanding of website and digital marketing concepts.

Education & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in social media, digital marketing, advertising, events, exhibitions, or a creative industry will be an advantage.
Candidates with a strong portfolio of social media content, photography, videography, or video editing are highly preferred.
Preferred Candidate
Bahraini nationality is preferred.
The ideal candidate should be creative, energetic, proactive, and comfortable working in the fast-paced events and exhibition industry, including occasional work at events, exhibitions, and project sites.
