Experience: 3–7 years in a similar role, preferably GCC experience
Background: Construction sector only
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
Languages: Good English & Hindi (spoken and written)
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Civil works and basic MEP quantity surveying
Knowledge of GCC construction contracts
Experience in BOQ, quantity take-off, cost estimation and site measurements
Experience with variations, subcontractors, payments, claims and final accounts
Ability to read architectural, structural and MEP drawings
Strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with quantity take-off/measurement software
