Age: 27–35
Nationality: Indian
Experience: 3–7 years in planning, specifically in Villa or High-Rise Building Projects
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Languages: Good English & Hindi (spoken and written)
Salary: BD 400–500
Requirements:
Experience in baseline schedules, WBS and master construction programs
Strong knowledge of CPM, resource loading/leveling and progress tracking
Experience in delay analysis and Daily/Weekly/Monthly progress reports
Strong understanding of Villa and High-Rise construction workflows
Knowledge of procurement lead times, subcontractor coordination and site constraints
Basic knowledge of EVM, productivity and cost tracking
Familiarity with FIDIC, EOT and claims
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
Strong MS Excel skills for tracking, dashboards and S-curves
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings
