Nationality: Indian
Availability: GCC experience; must be available locally
Experience: 3–5 years in MEP supervision, specifically in Villa or High-Rise Building Projects
Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Languages: Good English & Hindi (spoken and written)
Salary: BD 250–350
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of MEP installation, testing and commissioning
Ability to read MEP drawings, schematics, SLDs and shop drawings
Experience coordinating MEP works with structural and architectural works
Supervision of subcontractors, site activities and workforce
Knowledge of local regulations, safety standards and QA/QC requirements
Experience with site inspections, snagging and progress reporting
Ability to monitor materials, equipment and manpower
Familiarity with clash detection, 3D models and resolving MEP routing conflicts
Good MS Excel skills for material, equipment and workforce tracking
