🏢 China Railway Construction Corporation International (CRCCI) is currently seeking an experienced Planning Engineer (Mechanical/MEP) to join our ongoing project in Riyadh.
🔹 Open Position:
1️⃣ Planning Engineer Mechanical (MEP) – Minimum 15 years of EPC project experience
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor mechanical/MEP project progress and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Track mechanical/MEP activities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Analyze project performance and identify potential delays.
• Prepare recovery plans and mitigation strategies.
• Support project management with planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring activities.
✅ Requirements:
• 🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in EPC projects.
• ⚙️ Strong Mechanical/MEP planning and scheduling background.
• 💻 Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.
• 🏗️ Experience in residential and commercial building projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
