Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Construction Business Unit with full P&L responsibility.
Develop and execute business growth strategies.
Oversee tendering, estimation, technical proposals, and commercial submissions.
Manage the full project lifecycle from tendering to project closeout and handover.
Monitor project performance, budgets, costs, cash flow, and profitability.
Lead Construction Managers, Project Managers, and operational teams.
Manage strategic relationships with clients, consultants, PMCs, and government authorities.
Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, governance, and company standards.
Lead risk management, claims, variations, and recovery plans for high-risk projects.
Drive operational efficiency and sustainable business growth.
Mandatory Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degrees will not be considered.
Minimum 20+ years of experience in the construction industry.
Experience in Infrastructure and/or Consultancy businesses will not be considered.
Mandatory experience in Datacenter CSA projects.
Proven experience managing high-value EPC / construction projects in Saudi Arabia.
Regional and international customer experience is highly preferred.
Excellent command of Arabic and English.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in a senior leadership or Business Unit management role.
PMP certification is preferred.
MBA or Master’s degree is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle JD Edwards.
