We are looking for an experienced AC Technician to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air-conditioning and HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various AC and HVAC systems.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air-conditioning equipment.
Carry out servicing, cleaning, and inspection of AC units.
Check refrigerant levels, pressure, compressors, motors, thermostats, and other components.
Identify and repair refrigerant leaks and system malfunctions.
Perform electrical checks and troubleshoot AC control systems.
Replace faulty components, filters, motors, capacitors, and other parts when required.
Ensure AC systems operate efficiently and safely.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns.
Maintain proper tools, equipment, and spare parts required for AC maintenance.
Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Prepare basic maintenance reports and inform supervisors of major technical issues.
Requirements
Previous experience as an AC Technician / HVAC Technician.
Good practical knowledge of split AC, package units, central AC, and other HVAC systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of refrigeration systems and electrical controls.
Ability to read basic electrical and HVAC diagrams.
Good knowledge of AC tools, testing equipment, and maintenance procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and time-management skills.
Must be locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Candidates with previous Bahrain/GCC experience will have an advantage.
