We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air-conditioning and ventilation systems. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in HVAC maintenance and a strong understanding of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and air-conditioning systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of AC and ventilation equipment.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related HVAC faults.
Service and maintain split AC, package units, VRF/VRV systems, AHU, FCU, and other HVAC equipment.
Check refrigerant levels, pressures, compressors, motors, thermostats, and electrical components.
Carry out refrigerant charging, leak detection, and system recovery when required.
Inspect ductwork, filters, drains, coils, and ventilation systems.
Identify equipment faults and complete repairs efficiently.
Perform routine inspections to ensure HVAC systems operate safely and efficiently.
Maintain proper records of maintenance work, repairs, and replaced parts.
Follow safety procedures and company standards during all maintenance and installation activities.
Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians to complete maintenance and project work on time.
Requirements
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician.
Good knowledge of air-conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems.
Practical experience with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Ability to read basic electrical and HVAC diagrams.
Knowledge of HVAC tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Must be locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Candidates with previous Bahrain/GCC experience will have an advantage.
