We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Painter to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in painting, surface preparation, and maintenance work within residential, commercial, industrial, or construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
Perform painting and repainting works for walls, ceilings, doors, metal surfaces, and other structures.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling, and applying primer.
Mix and match paints, coatings, and finishes according to project requirements.
Repair cracks, holes, peeling paint, and other surface defects before painting.
Carry out routine painting and touch-up works as part of building maintenance.
Maintain painting tools, equipment, and materials in good condition.
Follow proper safety procedures when handling paints, solvents, ladders, and equipment.
Ensure completed work meets required quality and finishing standards.
Assist with general maintenance tasks when required.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Maintenance Painter, Painter, or similar role.
Good knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and different types of paint.
Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
Good attention to detail and finishing quality.
Physically fit and able to work on ladders or elevated areas when required.
Must be locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
