We are looking for hardworking and reliable **Factory Helpers** to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates should be physically fit, responsible, and ready to support daily production and manufacturing activities.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Assist with production, assembly, and packing tasks
* Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products
* Support machine operators and factory workers as required
* Check products for quality and report any issues
* Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the factory area
* Arrange materials and products properly
* Follow supervisor instructions and company procedures
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing, or production environment is an advantage
* Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
* Hardworking, punctual, and responsible
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Willingness to learn and follow instructions
* Immediate joiners preferred
