-Personal Grooming & Beauty-
*Manicure and pedicure
*Gel Polish application
*Massages
*Hair treatments and hairstyling
* Eyebrow shaping
*Preparing the overall look for daily activities, meetings, events, and TV appearance.
-Wardrobe & Styling-
* Organizing and maintaining closets
* Preparing daily outfits, according to the schedule and occasion
* Coordinating clothes, shoes, accessories, and beauty looks
* Packing and unpacking for business and personal travel
* Ensuring all outfits and personal items are clean, organized, and ready to use.
- Personal Assistance & Travel
* Assisting the Owner and CEO during workdays, meetings, events, filming, and travel
*Preparing personal items and essentials before every trip
*Assisting with travel arrangements and daily requirements when needed.
*Coordinating with companies, offices, hotels, studios, stylists, and service providers
* Supporting the client during work-related travel.
*Being flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Beauty Therapist, Stylist, or in a similar role
• Professional skills in manicure, pedicure, gel polish, massage, hair treatments, hairstyling, and eyebrow shaping
• Good knowledge of fashion, styling and wardrobe organization.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Professional appearance and attention to detail.
• Trustworthy, discreet, respectful, and service oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Good communication skills in English and /or Arabic.
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally, if required
