BOQ preparation and quantity take-off
Cost estimation and material estimation
Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)
Preparation and modification of civil/structural shop drawings
Preparation of Material Submittals (MS)
Preparation and follow-up of Requests for Inspection (RFI)
Preparation of Method Statements
Reviewing IFC drawings, specifications, and contract documents
Material quantity calculation and reconciliation
Preparation of as-built drawings and technical documentation
Coordination with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams
Resolving technical issues and supporting site execution
