Good afternoon all of you, I'm looking job as a barista or Restaurant Captain, currently I'm working as a barista Captain in first Grand Hotel in Dammam, I was working as a barista at the Sheraton Hotel for the last 5 years, I have acknowledged about Coffe, Drink Preparation: Make espresso drinks, lattes, teas, and cold beverages using exact recipes and techniques.Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, answer menu questions, and make personalized recommendations.Cash Handling: Process cash and card transactions accurately through the point-of-sale (POS) system.Cleanliness: Keep counters, seating areas, and equipment—such as grinders and espresso machines—clean and sanitary.Inventory Control: Restock cups, syrups, pastries, and coffee beans to avoid shortages during busy hours.
