We are hiring an Operations & Vendor Manager for a fast-growing E-commerce platform in the Fashion (Clothing) & Art (Paintings) industry.

💼 Experience: 4+ years in Vendor Management / Operations
Key Responsibilities
Onboard and manage fashion designers and vendors.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with artists and creative partners.
Coordinate vendor inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment.
Ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
Handle customer queries, returns, and overall customer experience.
Maintain accurate product listings and improve operational efficiency.
Independently manage multiple vendors and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Candidate Profile
4+ years of experience in Vendor Management, E-commerce Operations, Marketplace Operations, or related roles.
Strong experience in vendor onboarding and relationship management.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and operations-focused.
Ability to manage multiple vendors independently.
Comfortable working in a remote/start-up environment.
Experience in Fashion, Lifestyle, D2C, E-commerce, or Art-related businesses will be preferred.
