This is more than a cashier position. We need someone responsible, organized, and capable of helping manage the shop’s daily front-of-house operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Handle the POS system and process orders accurately
* Take walk-in, takeaway, and delivery orders
* Handle cash and card payments and balance the cash register
* Monitor and manage orders from delivery platforms
* Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock records
* Monitor stock levels and prepare required purchase/reorder lists
* Communicate and coordinate with suppliers
* Receive deliveries and verify quantities and invoices
* Maintain organized purchasing and inventory records
* Report shortages, discrepancies, and operational issues
* Coordinate with kitchen staff and ensure orders are completed correctly
* Deal professionally with customers and resolve basic customer issues
* Assist management with general day-to-day shop operations
Requirements:
* Female applicants only
* Previous cashier, POS, restaurant, or retail experience preferred
* F&B/restaurant experience is an advantage
* Comfortable using POS and inventory systems
* Good communication and basic English
* Good with numbers and cash handling
* Organized, trustworthy, responsible, and able to take initiative
* Must currently be in Bahrain
