Senior Marketing & Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven professional to lead our Marketing and Business Development Department.
We are not looking for someone who only manages social media.
We need a marketing expert who can create a complete marketing strategy, generate genuine business inquiries, attract new customers, increase sales, identify new opportunities, and take our businesses to the next level.
Candidates with a proven record of delivering measurable marketing, business-development, and sales results will be highly preferred.
Mandatory Requirements
• Male candidates only
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Must currently be based in Jeddah
• Candidates residing outside Jeddah will not be considered
• Strong professional contacts and business network in the Saudi market
• Excellent knowledge of the Jeddah and wider KSA market
• Proven success in generating leads, acquiring customers, and increasing revenue
• Experience in building marketing and business-development departments
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency is highly preferred
• Valid Saudi driving licence is preferred
Key Responsibilities
• Build and execute a complete marketing and business-development strategy
• Generate qualified inquiries and convert opportunities into customers
• Identify new markets, clients, partnerships, and revenue opportunities
• Develop practical plans to increase sales and market share
• Use existing professional contacts to generate business opportunities
• Build and manage the Marketing and Business Development Department
• Establish targets, KPIs, budgets, and reporting systems
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Prepare proposals, presentations, tenders, and commercial offers
• Establish and maintain strong corporate client relationships
• Strengthen the company’s brands across multiple business sectors
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to achieve growth targets
• Recruit, train, and supervise marketing and business-development staff
• Measure lead quality, conversions, campaign performance, and return on investment
• Submit regular performance reports to senior management
