requirements:
minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail/branch supervision
diploma degree or higher
full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
strong command of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
ability to work OT
iqama transability
responsibilities:
supervise daily branch operations and point of sale performance
ensure smooth execution of sales processes and customer service standards
monitor inventory, cash handling, and reporting
coordinate with the operations team to meet sales targets
