Job Summary:
Right Printing Press Est. is seeking a highly skilled Packaging Printing Press Supervisor to oversee our daily production floor. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial packaging, managing both the technical and operational aspects of prepress, offset printing, and post-press finishing to ensure high-quality output and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise end-to-end production workflows, including CTP prepress, offset printing, and finishing processes (die-cutting, folding/gluing, and guillotine cutting).
Schedule print jobs, allocate daily tasks to press operators, and maximize machine uptime.
Enforce strict quality control standards for color accuracy, registration, and structural integrity of packaging materials.
Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot technical issues on the floor, and ensure routine machine maintenance is completed.
Coordinate with graphic designers regarding dielines, sheet layout optimization, and material specifications.
Track inventory usage for paper, inks, and production consumables to minimize waste.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven supervisory experience in a packaging and printing press environment.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of commercial printing machinery, paper grades/GSM, and finishing equipment.
Language: Ability to speak Arabic is highly preferred and will be considered a major advantage. English proficiency is required for technical operations.
Leadership: Strong team management, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Salary & Benefits Package:
Salary: 3,500 – 4,000 SR (All-inclusive, based on experience)
