Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with strong expertise in RICEFW developments, Core ABAP, Workflow, Web Dynpro, OData, and SAP Fiori. The consultant will be engaged on a 1 year temporary contract and deployed onsite to support SAP implementation and support activities, working closely with business and functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, enhance, and support RICEFW objects:
o Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows
• Develop and maintain core ABAP solutions including:
o Object Oriented ABAP, ALV Reports, BDC, BAPI, RFC
o User Exits, BADIs, Enhancements Framework
• Design and implement SAP Workflow solutions (approval flows, notifications, integrations)
• Develop and enhance applications using Web Dynpro ABAP
• Build and expose OData services using SAP Gateway for Fiori and external integrations
• Develop, customize, and support SAP Fiori applications:
o Backend ABAP and OData services
o Integration with standard and custom SAP applications
• Perform debugging, performance optimization, and code reviews
• Collaborate with functional consultants, especially SAP PM, to understand business requirements
• Ensure compliance with SAP standards, security guidelines, and best practices
• Provide onsite support and coordinate with offshore teams when required
• Prepare technical documents and others as per business needs

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP
• Strong experience in RICEFW development
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in:
o Core ABAP & ABAP Objects
o SAP Workflow
o Web Dynpro ABAP
o SAP Gateway / OData
o SAP Fiori (backend & integration)
• Experience with:
o Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, SAP Scripts
o IDocs, RFCs, Proxy Framework
o Enhancements (User Exits, BADIs, Enhancement Spots)
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills
• Experience in implementation and support projects
• Willingness and ability to work onsite for the duration of the contract

Preferred / Good to Have
• Exposure to SAP PM module (Plus)
• Experience with S/4HANA ABAP, CDS Views, and performance optimized coding
• Familiarity with SAP UI5 concepts
• Relevant SAP technical certifications
