the National Guard.
Throughout my career, I have managed projects from inception through successful completion, ensuring

administration under FIDIC, stakeholder management, risk management, project planning, cost control,
procurement, claims and extension of time (EOT), change management, and leading multidisciplinary
teams in challenging environments.
Currently serving as a Project Manager at Shade Co., I am leading major airport and industrial projects,
including the construction of Bisha Domestic Airport's parallel taxiway and Ma'aden Phosphate 3 Phase
1 facilities. My responsibilities include managing project execution, overseeing design coordination,
controlling budgets, supervising commercial activities, maintaining compliance with FAA, ICAO, and
GACA requirements, and ensuring the successful achievement of project objectives.
Previously, I managed several landmark infrastructure projects valued at over SAR 900 million, including
the Qiddiya Resort Core Bulk Grading and Tunnel Construction Works, Upper Plateau Boulevard at Taif
Road, and multiple Red Sea Global developments. These assignments strengthened my ability to lead
large multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with government authorities and stakeholders, manage project
risks, and deliver high-quality results under demanding schedules.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, a Diploma in Strategic Management (Project
Management Specialism), and internationally recognized certifications including Project Management
Professional (PMP) and PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP). I am also experienced in Oracle
Fusion, JD Edwards (JDE), ERP systems, and modern project management methodologies that enhance
project performance and operational efficiency.
