*Scope of Work:*
1. Concrete Block Masonry 200mm & 275mm thick including reinforcement & grouting.
2. Internal & External Plastering, Grooved Plaster, with steel wire mesh.
3. Thermal Insulation (75mm) + Moisture-Resistant Gypsum Board (16mm on steel keel).
4. Wall Putty, Surface Preparation, and Synthetic Resin Emulsion Paint.
*Contract Type:* Measurement / Sq.m Rate Basis
